InBev is a Belgian brewery company, the world's largest producer of beer by volume[1] and the second largest alcoholic beverage company in the world after British giant Diageo. InBev also produces several soft drink brands. It employs about 77,000 people and is headquartered in Leuven, Belgium.

InBev was formed from a 2004 transaction involving the Belgian company Interbrew and the Brazilian company AmBev. When the transaction completed, InBev owned about 81% of the voting shares of AmBev.

InBev has a 14% share in the global beer market. It is the dominant brewer in Belgium, Brazil, and much of Eastern Europe.
