Abbay St-Remy

Description & Information:
The main raw materials for brewing beer in the brewery of Abbay St-Remy are water, malted barley, sugar, hops and yeast.

The water, a very important commodity, both qualitatively and quantitatively, comes directly from the source from which the Tridaine springs. That source is fed by the aquifer near the abbey. This natural pure water is in no way - chemically or physically - edited.

As the yeast is concerned, being careful and vigilant preserved in the abbey. With that yeast sugar into alcohol. He is in the course of time mutated and therefore one of a kind and specific to the brewery, which thus possesses its own yeast strain.
