Birra Malto is the largest brewery in Albania. The company sells a pilsener beer under the Birra Tirana brand, named after the capital, Tirana, where the beers are brewed. It was first produced in 1961 by the Kombinati Ushqimor (a state agency). The beer contains 4% alcohol.[citation needed] Birra Tirana has produced and sold bier of type Pilsen Blonde and Brown. During the last few years our factory has been modernised and Birra Tirana became one of the biggest companies of Albania. Birra Tirana has up-to-date equipments and produces acoording to high Quality Standards. Birra Tirana has a rich history. Starting in 1938 it developed to an international Quality Beer with many rewards. Birra Tirana owns a wide distributions network and all needed logistics to be able to serve its clients
